(3)網(wǎng)上或報(bào)刊上公開發(fā)布的邀請(qǐng)函，由于對(duì)象不確定，可省略稱呼，或以“敬啟者”統(tǒng)稱。
正文應(yīng)逐項(xiàng)載明具體內(nèi)容。開頭部分寫明舉辦會(huì)議的背景和目的，用“特邀請(qǐng)您出席(列席)”照應(yīng)稱呼，再用過(guò)渡句轉(zhuǎn)入下文;主體部分可采用序號(hào)加小標(biāo)題的形式寫明具體事項(xiàng);最后寫明聯(lián)系聯(lián)絡(luò)信息和聯(lián)絡(luò)方式。結(jié)尾處也可寫“此致”，再換行頂格寫“敬禮”，亦可省略。
因邀請(qǐng)函的標(biāo)題一般不標(biāo)注主辦單位名稱，因此落款處應(yīng)當(dāng)署主辦單位名稱并蓋章。
